Home/facility visits are scheduled by appointment. On-call visits are also made in specific situations. Nursing visits are available 24 hours a day. 7 days a week.

An individual is eligible under the following insurance benefits. Medicare (Part A), Medi-Cal, HMO/Medicare (Part A), Private insurances, and other type of payment who have been diagnosed with a Terminal illness or End Stage Diseases and their life expectancy is decreased as certified by their Attending Physican and the Hospice Physician

MLife Hospice, Inc. covers all perspciption drugs related to the patient's hospice diagnosis. Medical equipment and supplies required to ease the patient's life-limited these are also covered by

MLife Hospice, Inc. covers all provide all services to patient's in the privacy of their home and to residents of Long-Term Care (LTC) Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE)

accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO/Medicare (Part A), Private Insurance and other form of reimbursement.
